Airport lounges at Vienna Airport

Vienna International Airport has six lounges available to passengers. Many of these are in Terminal 3, while others are spread across various concourses, most of which emanate from the central area between the terminals.

Some of the VIE lounges are only available to passengers in the Schengen area, which are passengers flying between EU countries between which there are no border controls. The Schengen countries are Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Non-Schengen lounges are only open to passengers heading to non-Schengen airports.

JET Lounge​

This Schengen lounge is located just after security at the entrances to Halls B and C. This lounge is accessible to passengers with First Class or Business Class tickets on a wide range of airlines including Star Alliance, oneworld and SkyTeam. as well as members of their loyalty clubs. In addition, holders of American Express Gold and higher cards issued in Austria, Diners Club cards and various other credit cards can enter the lounge, and access can also be purchased by passengers in any class. Priority Pass, Lounge Key, DragonPass and some other club members also have access to this lounge.

JET Lounge offers a snack buffet with salads and soups, as well as a selection of self-serve beer, wine and spirits. AIR Lounge

The hot and cold buffet in this lounge has a daily changing menu with mainly Central European dishes and self-service alcoholic drinks. Austrian Airlines / Star Alliance Lounges

Austrian Airlines has two lounges in Terminal 3, one for Schengen passengers and one for non-Schengen passengers. Each lounge has separate sections for Austrian Airlines HON Circle members, Austrian Airlines Senator Club members and Star Alliance Gold members and for business class flyers. A separate business class lounge is available in Concourse D of Vienna Airport. In addition, Austrian Airlines passengers of any class with a same-day boarding pass can make a one-time purchase of access to the relevant lounge.

In the HON Circle lounges, intended for Austrian Airlines premium members as well as SWISS and Lufthansa first class passengers, guests have access to a personal assistant service. Workspaces provide a place to get work done before the flight, with computers and printers available. A couple of daybeds provide a place to take a nap. The self-service bar offers premium liquors, an espresso machine and an exclusive menu. Showers are also available.

The Senator Lounge offers a hot and cold buffet as well as a self-service bar. Although this lounge is relatively small, it offers a place to sleep if you have a delayed flight. There is also a small workspace with printers.
